The voting has ended, let's summarize the results. Out of 59 voters, 49 believe that Vigo's inclusion in the Blacklist was justified. Thank you to everyone who took the time to read the thread and cast their vote. Regarding the situation with Vigo: as some have said, "it wasn't worth stirring up all this, we should have just banned Vigo and deleted all his posts" – in my personal opinion (and I hope the other members of the Arbitration Committee will agree), this is not the solution. We need to give the person a chance to express themselves if they require it, but it needs to be done in a more appropriate manner. Unfortunately, in situations similar to the one with Vigo, it is not so easy to limit ourselves to a strict discussion of the type "question-answer," because it very quickly leads to answers like "I don't remember," "I don't know," and some answers may even distort the facts. Therefore, in such cases, a comprehensive review of the issue is required, involving everyone who has any connection to it. Perhaps the discussion did not go perfectly, but the forum's opinion has been formed, which is what Vigo asked for. In the future, I hope we will take into account all the previous mistakes.
