Here's the situation. Firstly, there's no punishment for moderators on the forum for inactivity. It's understandable why – it's a forum, and it's impossible to instantly clean up everything. However, HellLight's post was left untouched by a moderator who didn't react to it and left everything as it was. HellLight eventually thought about it and decided to delete it, but the damage was already done, and a commotion started. If you look at it objectively, it's clear that the moderator didn't fulfill their duty, and Ikhti is trying to point that out. But since the post is already gone, nothing can be proven, and such hints are punishable by rule .22, which, by the way, also cannot be appealed because the post is gone. So, the moderator is technically right from a literal interpretation of the rules, while Ikhti is right from a moral standpoint. This is the nature of our world, where the letter of the law often differs from morality. So, Ikhti, drop this hopeless endeavor; there's nothing to prove here.
