I'm starting to doubt that the organizer knows the rules!

Yeah, that was awkward. This rule was introduced in Tournament 3, due to a Meteor Shower on the Scholar, when Egor asked me in a private message yesterday what he should do. I foolishly answered him according to the HeroesWorld rules (in the season, you can use the Scholar without restrictions). By lunchtime, I'll think of something to get out of this situation.
