Where should I go next?

I tried to figure things out, but I couldn't come up with anything. So, for now, I had to enroll in a culinary technical school (I'll sit there and think for a while), but here's the problem: I'm almost done with it, and I'm almost 19...
Looks like I'm going to be drafted into the army... :(
