Let's avoid unnecessary philosophical discussions about praising chaos or order here, and let's refrain from adding personal opinions. Because it has nothing to do with the topic (hero editing).

I would remove or change the specializations of heroes like Svey, Zoltan, and Talanar. Although, in Zoltan's case, you could try using scripts to remove spells even before the battle. Then, the extended specialization would make sense.
