You won't succeed. If you increase Sandro's mana to 200, he won't be able to attack the sprites twice, and they won't surrender to your second hero, right?
And I also think that it's unlikely to capture any of the Fortresses without two vampires. Therefore, I don't see the point in starting the game without vampires. And since vampires lag behind the hero, I plan to try leveling him up in the forest with satyrs and increasing his natural mana regeneration by 10 per day. Am I wrong? :) I just don't want to end up stuck somewhere without vampires and magic and have to restart the game. So, for now, the checkpoint is to get on the boat. Let's compare who gets on the boat on which day and with what equipment and troops. And I still think that the first Fortress to capture should be the Chaos Fortress. And I'm also thinking about which second hero to buy. For now, I'm considering a Chaos hero. He can take the Altar of Nobility - this hero can become a pretty good tank, considering that the Fortress has the Chaos magic spell First Strike. The only question is where to use his skills. I don't think he can scare away harpies, or can he? I need to check and think about it. And let's extend the tournament.

I started replaying, and on the first day, I pumped Sandro up to 166 mana.
On the last turn, the Leprechauns went crazy; no matter how many times I tried,
they almost immediately cast Luck on themselves, probably
because they were very scared that I would drain a lot of mana from them. In the end,
I stopped on this turn; Sandro only had enough mana to
level up on the ring, take the Altar of Death, and attack the sprites once.
It's more difficult from here; the sprites easily defeat him around the fourth
round, but I think that if I find a clearing with a tunnel so that
the sprites can only attack him one unit at a time, then it's quite
possible for him to hold out until there are about 30 of them left.
Now, there's another problem: while I was increasing Sandro's mana, I had to
spend several
skeletons and a decent number of imps, so now I might not have enough
troops for Charm to work.
I don't think I'll be able to charm five sprites, but I would be happy with
four; I'll try in the evening.

Regarding extending the tournament time, it will depend on whether we are the only ones playing,
in which case it's not a problem. But if other people
send in their saves, then we should still stick to the timeframe.
But there's still a good amount of time left, so
we should be able to finish. Besides, after capturing the Nature Fortress,
there won't be much to do; the main thing is to stock up on mana potions... :)
