Requirements for Participants

1. A Newbie is considered a player who has been registered on our forum or another gaming resource for no more than one year.
2. Players with longer gaming experience but wishing to play in the tournament will be considered individually.
3. Already strong players who have shown good results in any tournament are not allowed to participate in the tournament.
4. The participant must have played at least one game in the seasonal league according to HeroesWorld rules (you can also play after registration). This is necessary to ensure that you can technically play online and understand the World rules. In some cases, this criterion may be waived (if the player is known on other gaming resources and plays successfully there)
5. Players wishing to participate in the tournament undertake to provide any additional information requested by the tournament judges.
6. Organizers reserve the right to refuse anyone registration if they believe there are valid reasons for doing so, without publicly explaining the reasons.

1. The tournament is official and regular.

3. The tournament is based on Rules for organizing, conducting, and participating in online HOMM3 tournaments, Rules for online games in Heroes III and the seasonal rating tournament.
4. For each completed match, participants must submit a detailed report and confirmation (also detailed) in this topic. Only in this case will the match be counted..
5. All matches of the tournament go into the seasonal ranking. Reports and confirmations are written in this topic and will be copied by me to the topic "Reports of online games and their confirmations. Season "Winter-2012-13"". That is, there is no need to duplicate reports in the season league.
6. It is necessary to make and save daily saves of all matches until the end of the tournament.
7. At the end of the tournament, the winner will receive a medal under his avatar: "Winner of the Tournament "Newbie-2013. Winter".
