A bug, definitely. Though I don't know many cases where this could happen, imho, only when the AI Value of thieves is increased, by at least an order of magnitude.

well idk.. then a couple more games were created... in one of them, on Jebus it also spawned 2 angel portals behind Eye protection, don't remember how many, not important I think
