HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

RozenKran, if you installed it on Platinum, then in my opinion the functionality of this game stops working after installing HotA. Perhaps the executable file is buggy or poorly patched.
Reinstall Heroes.
