Yes, a report from your perspective is needed because you are going to play in the tournament, not as an opponent, so you are required to, in addition to demonstrating your skills, write a report, similar to this one, which you will have to write again in future games of the tournament. If you don't have any saves, ask your opponent, or set up either HD mode with autosave or use special programs.
