What kind of girls (or guys) do fans of the Heroes series like?

I like quiet, shy, and kind girls, preferably not very tall. It's not necessary for her to be thin – on the contrary, it would even be better if she were a little plump. It would be very desirable for her to be involved in some kind of sport, such as swimming, and to be interested in some feminine activity, such as drawing.
