Regarding the external market, I, as before, have made a decision that many will not like. There will be no market ban (you can play without it by mutual agreement). I believe the reason is that the market is sometimes the only way to win, especially if your opponent has a good stash and a single unit nearby. This is random, guys – it’s M-200% – it’s SPARTAAA…
