Question for the organizer.
The regulations state that the date of the first round is December 15th, and today is the 12th, but the tournament bracket is still not available. I understand that it is more convenient to create the bracket after the registration is closed, but we also need to arrange matches, and there is not much time for the rounds. Therefore, I suggest creating a bracket with the current roster, leaving empty slots for possible latecomers.

Why are you always so impatient? :D If you really can't wait, I'll hold the draw on Thursday at 8:00 PM Moscow time, maybe a little later.

How will players contact you if everyone uses ICQ? And it's also necessary to play a game or find someone who knows you if you're from another resource. But ICQ is still needed.

Regarding the external market, I, as before, have made a decision that many will not like. There will be no ban on the market (you can play without it by mutual agreement). And I think the reason is that the market is sometimes the only way to win, if, for example, your opponent has a good stash and a level 1 unit nearby.
