Continuing to practice M maps...
Week 1: Immediately ran to the secondary hero, 3 windmills, have money, I hire Wyverns and break through the portal with them, nothing interesting there, just took the gem and sulfur mines. Back home I built 1-2-3-6 in the Citadel. Païra is at the border with the adjacent zone.
Week 2: I take the secondary Tower, then Necropolis, blue is visible, but there's no path to the treasure zone — some mountains and a narrow path on sand across half the map. I break through to the opponent via the portal. Thunderbirds killed 60 Gnolls, but there are 13 upgraded Serpent Flies, 33 Lizardmen, and 5 Wyverns. I see Ajit, I can run to him, but I decide to enter the secondary Dungeon to replenish mana there, and on the Serpent Fly and XP Log I should have caught up... but didn't catch up, the opponent holed up in the castle. There are 100+ Troglodytes, upgraded Harpies 30+, 17 Evil Eyes, and 13 Halflings. Solmyr with 80 mana... I attack (nothing to lose it on, worst case I'll buy myself out, I have 12k gold)... Mass Curse doesn't help much, I see I can't pull it off and buy myself out, saving all Lizardmen, a dozen Serpent Flies, and 2 Wyverns. Back home I built Gorgons and more Waspworts. I think about grabbing the Griffin Conservatory at the blue's respawn with growth, but I see Damacon enter it first. Well, forget that conservatory, I think (still a 1, or a 2 at worst) — the goal is the treasure zone! But then comes the news of surrender, the Griffins finished me off after all :smile19:
Thanks for the game.
P.S. By the way, tell me, can I pass near the stone quarry into the treasure zone, or do I need to kill the trolls??? (see pic)
111 I get lucky, I grab two gold piles and a chest for money, I buy Damacon, Solmyr is in the tavern :smile03:
112 I reveal the second castle and take it, I grab another chest for cash, I build a Prefecture and a Tavern,
I don't know what to do with Solmyr :smile27: , maybe he'll help break through the Archers
113 Mostly I upgrade Troglodytes, in the village I build a Market and buy Troglodytes
114 Ajit couldn't pass the Boots of Speed to Solmyr, I needed money for upgrades and buying Troglodytes. Solmyr easily broke through with a mob of nearly a hundred Troglodytes to the Demon territory, there were 31 in two stacks of unupgraded Shooters from the Swamp, they mostly shot at Gremlins that were with Solmyr.
115 I burn two Observatories, I see a secondary with a Dungeon (third one) and beyond the Demon territory a general Necropolis zone, behind 20-49 crossbows :smile45: ,
tough without Archers, I have Slow, but... if there are 20-25, and if 40-49 then for me it's hopeless, in short :smile41: (why doesn't it write danger like for level 5)
116 I took back (or rather took from the poor Gremlins) a pile of Sulfur, I did a rotation to ride Ajit not on a Troglodyte but on a Harpy, and... I forgot, in short, after looking around I realized, all the turns were pointless (((
other than that I went into money :smile16:
117 I built a Stone and a Training Ground, in the Hut I took the guys with slingshots
121 I revealed the Conservatory, logically it's a min: a group of upgraded ones and many, based on experience from a game with the leader it's a 2 and I'm already scared.
Three heroes, Solmyr level 2, Ajit level 2 and Damacon level 1, Sinkh is in the tavern, I plan Damacon as a tank :smile35:
The innkeeper blatantly lies that I have the strongest army :smile47:
122 I stupidly lost half the Halflings, not passing the artifact for +1+1 attack and knowledge, in the end Slow only lasted 1 turn, the Faeries were angry :smile08: .
123 Païra showed up :smile13: , audaciously captured the Necropolis castle that I had my eye on, total shock :smile25: . Oh well.
We'll survive this unpleasantness, let them build it up, I'll take it back after their renovation :smile31: .
124 Païra got bold, broke through 10-19 upgraded Pits, but got scared by the same number of Thunderbirds, I see Stacker's army and I'm already furious
at the innkeeper's blatant lie :smile29: , that I have the biggest army (screw him and ban him immediately, no 100 grams) :smile10: .
I'm taking a risk of course, but finally I'm going to my (hopefully future third) Dungeon, off-road past the portal, where Païra was just peeking out from :smile17:
125 oops... I regret provoking it :smile35: , I'd rather have tried to take the Conservatory, but now the army with poor Ajit, whose knees are shaking, is running home :smile34: .
I don't know why, I ran Solmyr to the Shrine, got a Shield, for some reason I built a Whirlpool.
126 Red went on a psychological attack off-road :smile14: , who's in the castle??? Solmyr or someone, I pass artifacts to Solmyr, pst... to the frightened Damacon, in two days he gets two needed skills —
Logistics and Earth, too late old man((
We've arrived. Cast off. The orchestra plays a march, no flowers, let the guests pour  .
127 Païra attacked and retreated, Solmyr was hosting guests, with Lightning at 69 :smile30: . I thought it was the finale, I sold everything, only the Municipal remains from buildings,
Païra turned out generous. She gave a decent amount for the ransom, I bought everything up, I transfer troops to Damacon, he was aiming to be a tank, I attack the Conservatory with all the meat, but it wasn't meat, it was bones, the meat was on the Griffins
of which 17 survived in one stack. As expected, it was a 2. No point in continuing. Thanks for the game.
