Let's hypothetically discuss this for now. I'm watching a video on Twitch. And I see someone writing something to one of the players in ICQ/chat. Theoretically, you can see at what minute this happened. Thus, this video is evidence.

I'll say it again, this is paranoia. Everyone gets tips, and if out of 100 tips even one is useful, then thank goodness. For example, I myself got tips when I played Jebus Cross as Inferno — "upgrade demons" (SoD) — isn't that nonsense? But if someone is playing on behalf of another person, then yes, that is a violation.

P.S. In general, streams are very distracting, and the tips given to the streamer are mostly minor nuances that the player would have noticed and anticipated if playing without a stream.
