Removal of moderation privileges from inactive moderators.

People who were useful in the past are usually retired when they finish their activities. Is this a slap in the face? Maybe they should work until they die? lol. And I don't think anyone would be too upset if they suddenly found out they had been removed from their position. It should actually be a relief for them, because according to the rules, they should have asked for it themselves.
It would also be good to sort things out in the clan section, as some have long since transferred their CL rights to other people, and some have no connection to the leadership at all, but still have moderator badges.
