Apparently, if 80% of the forum supports the Arbitration Committee's decision on a particular issue, then there is enough evidence.

I am very sorry that you think so. Confidence and evidence are different things. This is what the elected (not appointed) President of the Russian Federation said. Unfortunately, at some point, the Arbitration Committee stopped understanding this. There is nothing to say about combining investigation and court in one structure.
