Removal of moderation privileges from inactive moderators.
But there are people who have really done a lot for the forum in their time. Some of them haven't visited the forum for six months because their sections have become quiet. And let's kick them in the back by removing their moderator powers? No, no one is rushing to replace them, but let's remove these ones. Instead of saying "thank you." :)
I didn't quite understand the meaning of the quoted paragraph; my first impression from reading it is that it suggests introducing a status of "lifetime moderators for past merits":) I'm not diminishing the role and contribution of the moderators HoM{M}ie, Primus, SteN, WisTrit, LotR, Prizrak (all of whom, in a way, moderate the HMM5 on-line subforum), but some of them haven't appeared on the forum at all for quite some time, Primus hasn't been here since 2009, some appear occasionally, but have nothing to do with the subforum, i.e., they don't participate in the life of the subforum in any way, they don't play on-line, they don't participate in discussions, i.e., they are not observed in the subforum either directly or indirectly. Perhaps they "live" and moderate in other sections (subforums). In any case, I can't understand why there are 9 moderators in the HMM5 on-line subforum when the much more active 3 on-line has only 4 moderators, and all four are active participants in the life of the subforum in every sense of the word.
