Removal of moderation privileges from inactive moderators.
But there are people who have truly done a lot for the forum in their time. Some of them haven't visited the forum for six months because their sections have become quiet. And let's just stab them in the back by removing their moderator privileges? No one is rushing to replace them, but let's remove these people. Instead of saying "thank you." :)
We are grateful to these people, but what is the connection between gratitude and removing them from their positions? If they return to the forum and ask to have their privileges restored, please, take them back, but only if they moderate. And if they don't moderate, then give back the green nickname. It doesn't matter what happened in the past; what matters is what's happening now.
