Removal of moderation privileges from inactive moderators.

In the HMM3 online sub-section, there are a total of four moderators (I didn't check who moderates the entire section and who moderates just the sub-section), but there are only four of them. In the HMM5 online sub-section, there are nine moderators, four of whom haven't been active on the forum for two months or more, and two of whom no longer have any direct connection to the sub-section. That's six out of nine. The remaining three are Killa and I, who moderate the specified sub-section, and Ment, who moderates the HMM5 section. I don't want to offend anyone, but I think three moderators would be more than enough for this sub-section.
