Regarding the Elections... just as with the election of the Forum Administration, so too with the election of Arbitration Committee members. The reasoning is simple: to give Users the freedom to choose, the freedom to vote for those they trust to resolve their disputes in the Games. The only concern... will there be any willing candidates? But giving Users the right to choose the Arbitration Committee members will be the right thing to do. If no one is willing, that's okay; the current composition will remain.
