Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

Sasha, this is a tricky situation. Remember how Vikk used to dominate everything with the Academy? And now I'm thinking: we need new people. For example, kalababa. He has a great track record in tournaments, and he's shown that you can play Heroes in a more engaging way, on all-random, instead of grinding with the Stronghold on small maps... Or take Sticky Fingaz. He's done a lot, I'd even say a very significant amount. We need to promote people like that into the Academy. And the current roster can even be partially kept – so that those who have the TIME, desire, and energy can continue their activities, while those who don't have the time or something else can calmly move on to other things. Well, and if someone finds it difficult to make such a decision on their own, then the community should definitely help.
