Removal of moderation privileges from inactive moderators.

Yes, I'm active in two sections only, but personally, I would be happy if only moderators I know and whose work I can see remained.

Two sections and five moderators, three of whom have nothing to do with the sections you are active in, but their work is visible. Tsk, tsk, they're interfering in sections that aren't theirs. Perhaps this is the root of most conflicts? Let everyone fulfill their duties where they should.
