Removal of moderation privileges from inactive moderators.

Thanks, Amko. Getting back to the topic. I haven't even seen many of the moderators in person. They don't communicate with the community, and they don't engage in moderation activities. Yes, I only participate in two sections, but I would still be happy if only the moderators I know and whose work I see remain. Slonysh, Zubr, Kosha, Ment, Arandor. An interesting question is how well they work, but that's a sensitive topic, and you could get penalized for it.
