I read Razor's log, and here's what immediately came to mind. Back then, Vigo, who was running the Portal, what did he do? — Razor didn't want to play on his host — that's it — Ban! He already, as he wrote, was almost certain of his cheating. And if my memory serves me right, he banned him then! Vigo, were those grounds sufficient for you, compared to the current situation regarding yourself? — I'm sure you're now getting your own "boomerang" in life. Back in those days, you did whatever you wanted on the Portal, and now it's come back to bite you.
But back then, there actually were complaints from players about Razor. At one point, Andrey stormed into Heroes very emotionally and managed, to put it mildly, to have a quarrel with Alone and Kebazavr. Tucha from Portal could well have been suspended for that, but certainly not banned. I don't remember exactly — I think when I became a Magistrate and found out about it, I un-banned him, so to speak, posthumously, since Razor had moved over to HeroesWorld by then.
P.S.: By the way, I remember myself not trusting hosts at first, because I thought it made cheating easier. And the cheaters turned out to be some lazy-stubborn types. If you're going to cheat — do it with comfort :)
