Wouldn't it be possible to rent some kind of space, like a school gym, where we could sit, play, and it would be affordable?

No, it's weekdays, and I wouldn't want the cleaning lady to chase us away with a broom.
As far as I remember from the last Moscow championship, there weren't any problems with "just sitting around."

Here are all the expenses.
500 rubles per day for the club, some will be eliminated quickly, others will play all 4 days, i.e., from 1000 to 2000.
Accommodation for those coming from out of town, we don't count the last day, so 800 x 3 = 2400.
