We scroll down, and all the inactive users are visible. There are, of course, various Alexas and others who logged in just to vote, but they can be considered the same as inactive users and removed from their positions. If you don't want to do that yet, you can check the date of their last login in a month and draw conclusions, and then remove their privileges.
