Removal of moderation privileges from inactive moderators.

I wanted to write to the Creator, but it seems we can’t accurately determine the list of active moderators yet. In my section, there were inactive moderators: Loi, Kash, Ta Kotoraya. They are no longer moderating; they have been replaced by: numOne, Mizrael, Scorpiona. Here, Qwerty says that there are no volunteers to moderate in his section. So, what’s the point of removing moderators if there are no replacements, and the current ones occasionally do something useful? Maybe we should start with our own sections? In which section are there inactive moderators who need to be replaced? Let’s create a more specific list and send it to the Creator.
