Player Vigo was added to the Blacklist based on a decision by the AK, using the same materials, which were presented in a closed section of the AK. Vigo requested that they be made public, which is what followed in this post. And given that a large volume of information is not easily absorbed by people at once, and because it needed to be brought into proper order (which takes time), it was decided to post it in several portions during the discussion. Although it might have been clearer if all the "series" were placed in a separate post, they would still have to be quoted during the discussion.
