I read the thread from beginning to end. I voted. Now I will ask some questions and share my opinion.
Questions:
1) to Qwerty: Please confirm whether the forum user with the nickname Vigo has a son who is older than 13 years and plays or has played Heroes 3.
2) to AK: Why wasn't a closed thread created to list all the accusations, and why was it necessary to spread everything across the pages of the discussions about these accusations?
My opinion:
The problem of cheating players in SOD, WT, TE, etc., cannot be solved by bans and blacklists. A technical solution is needed to equalize players who are geographically separated as much as possible. As a temporary solution, I suggest the following:
- Always play on an open map.
- Clicking on an object on the map should display all objects on the map with complete information about what is inside - this can be implemented within the HD mode.
- Strictly limit the amount of time for a turn and for the game as a whole.
