On the other hand, I am publishing a fact – as of today, Vigo has settled all accounts with me (about two weeks ago). This does not excuse him, but at least slightly reduces the degree of his guilt towards me personally regarding this specific incident. The problem was not only about the money, but also that he did not fulfill the obligations he had taken upon himself (repeatedly).
Now, let's move on to the main topic. I believe that the evidence already published is more than sufficient for the AC to disqualify Vigo as a tournament player (I have never heard anything more absurd: they say that there was time to play a multi-hour game, but there was no time to write a report, which would take 5-10 minutes, and it seems that there will be no free 5-10 minutes in the near future either, so another person wrote the report, who could not possibly have been involved in the game... It's ridiculous.). And playing fun games is up to each individual; everyone decides for themselves whom they want to play with. As far as I understand, there is no talk of banning him from the forum here? Because a forum ban is issued for violating the forum rules (which, by the way, I don't know). (I don't know any rules that allow Dirty to engage in such shenanigans, deleting absolutely all messages except his own and Vigo's...)
Now, I will try to put myself in Vigo's place (which is essential for anyone who considers themselves a reasonable person – putting yourself in someone else's shoes). Although this is extremely difficult in this case, because the current situation was preceded by a whole series of events that are unacceptable for my personality.
So, if I were in his place and within his system of coordinates, I would see three options for myself. The first is to directly say that yes, he messed up (typo - instead of the second and third letters, one letter "p"), admit to these mistakes. This option is acceptable if remaining on this resource and generally in the gaming community is a priority for this person. The second option is to create a new character. And the third is to tell everyone to go away and leave.
