I read about 15 pages, skimming through the other 10, and it's clear that the members of the Arbitration Committee (AK) have put together a well-prepared and fundamental argument, trying to communicate adequately with a bunch of idiots... that's what I saw here. Everyone is defending their friends and themselves (and there's no real substance to their arguments), and there's a bunch of the forum's usual trolls who are just filling the space and saying that everyone else is doing it. The AK is the highest authority in this section of the portal, and it should not be subject to debate, but if such a situation has arisen and everything has been put to a public vote with a bunch of troll-friends, I propose that, based on the results, we start banning by IP address in case of proven guilt of unfair play (and not just nitpicking about "map hacking" as most people here are doing).
P.S. In terms of honesty, diligence in their (I'm not afraid to say it) WORK on the portal, and the adequacy of the AK members, none of the pathetic ones can compare... and now I'm waiting for a pile of garbage in response.
