Are you in favor of electing Moderators?

There have been instances where a schoolkid became a moderator, created a clone account, boosted their own stats, and engaged in other foolish activities.

This is to prevent such cases from happening. Moderators should be appointed by moderators of the respective section. And anyone can vote FOR.

It is possible to have elections in 2 stages.
1. Approval by moderators
2. User voting

But is it worth it?
