To Vigo or not to Vigo? That is the question.

Did you even download the save files?

I, for one, didn't look at the save files. I downloaded them and took a look. The first save shows him catching a Swamp Thing while moving quickly. The game progresses naturally; he heads towards the secondary resource, and everything seems normal. He takes a tower and then what? There are 3 options: 1) The Barbarian camp behind the Orcs; we see a decent part of it, and as we can see, it's empty, and it's not very close. 2) An underground passage on the snow, which most likely leads to the Treasury. 3) Along the road to the underground passage, where we passed on the way to the secondary resource, there's an Inferno spawn point.
1) The Barbarian camp; there's no point in going there, it's empty. Unless it's to get access to the opponent for a rush, but it's already the end of the second week, and it's a bit far away. 2) The underground passage through the snow; it's most likely the Treasury. I'm not that good, and I'd prefer to go there in the third week with a larger army. 3) The Inferno spawn point; it's the closest, along the road. We clear out the monsters and see a wooden mine, which is most likely a shared spawn point with the opponent and is quite close.
In this game, I see a player heading directly to the secondary resource along the only road and then choosing the closest spawn point, where he encounters the opponent. What did I miss? Where does it smell like maphacking?
