Guys, you were presented with something quite serious — this is not a mugging, not an attempt to bluff, not a settling of personal scores. This is a well-founded opinion of a large number of intelligent and experienced people. Therefore, you should treat it accordingly — understand the logic of the accusation, the reasons for making such a decision, and work with that. Acknowledge some faults, provide reasonable explanations for certain facts.

But instead, you're playing dumb — "it wasn't me", "I hear it from the one making the argument", etc. So instead of a reasoned discussion, we get a nervous breakdown, pressure on conscience/pity, etc. At least Vitalik takes a competent stance — he just stays silent, while you engage in some kind of moral exhibitionism.

I understand, Querty, that you need to support your own, but you should do it more cleverly — at least not deny the obvious, i.e., the existence of substantial evidence. If you had found alternative explanations for the stated facts, you would at least have been heard. If you had petitioned for a lighter punishment, you would most likely have even been listened to. But to say in all seriousness that black is white, and without providing any arguments... is everything okay with your head? :smile32:
