RiMpel2, I think I understand why the AC has to confer and make its decisions in closed mode. There is an absolute, complete picture based on which a decision is made. And then it starts: one person thinks he must defend some so-called honor of the clan, and spout any nonsense, including about the presumption of innocence, unwilling to open his eyes to the truth — that their comrade is rotten. Another, out of friendly motives, starts adding his own two cents. Then a couple of people appear who write about the general playerbase in broad terms. Someone considers it their duty to pick out some fact from the list and cast doubt on it, or bring up conditions under which its application is generally incorrect. And so on.
