The show should be only online – a recording just isn't the same!

Maybe you didn't understand. The commentator will host the show online, but the game itself will be played from a recording. Many do this now because there's no way to do a live broadcast or something else. We could analyze very old games if we only had recordings from both sides.
This simply eliminates the problem of stream synchronization. Anyone who has tried to stream from two perspectives must have encountered this problem: one person's turn is already over, while the other hasn't even started, or, worse, the opposite: one person's turn hasn't ended yet, but the other is already taking their turn...
