RiMpel2, I think I understand why the AC (Arbitration Committee) needs to deliberate and make its decisions in a closed session. There is a complete, absolute picture based on which a decision is made. And then it starts: one person thinks they must defend some so-called clan honor and spout any nonsense, including about the presumption of innocence, unwilling to open their eyes to the truth — that their comrade is rotten. Another, out of friendly motives, starts adding their own input. Then a couple of people appear who write in general terms regarding the overall player base. Someone considers it their duty to pick out some fact from the list, cast doubt on it, or bring up conditions under which its application is generally incorrect. And so on.
I believe there should be ONE chief judge, and the AC is like a jury — they give their opinion — but ONE person should make the decision (pass the verdict), then it would be fine...
