What can we conclude from this? That those who make accusations must be held accountable for their decisions, especially when there is no real EVIDENCE. For example, if a decision is made to award a "black mark" to a cheater without sufficient evidence, and people determine that it is not proven, then all members of the AC who voted "yes" should be solemnly awarded the "Cheater's Medal of Honor" and excluded from all official tournaments.
