Removal of moderation privileges from inactive moderators.

If you look here, you can see that many moderators haven't visited the forum for a very long time. According to rule 16 of the HeroesWorld moderators (if a moderator is inactive for more than 2 months, the question of removing them from their position may be raised), I suggest raising the issue of removing them and recruiting other moderators in their place.
