Regarding the Violation System.

Not sure. Even if no one is found, it won't make things any worse – the sections weren't moderated before, and they still won't be. In fact, there's even an advantage, which I've already mentioned – it will immediately become clear which sections are not being moderated by anyone, and at least we can start recruiting moderators.
In some sections about Might and Magic games, no one has posted for three years. This raises the question: is there any point in keeping them?
