In real life, we make mistakes too, and that's okay. We get a second, third, and even a 33rd chance.
But here, we are so harsh and uncompromising towards someone who made a mistake.

In Heroes, as in any other gambling game, it's natural for people to become prone to cheating and breaking the rules. That's just the nature of gambling; there's nothing surprising about it.
