kalababa, it just so happens that the "award" for the best town and the winner of the season can be won by any average player, and even a relative newbie. Therefore, they don't really have any special value. This won't work in a tournament. And no moderator or anyone else has the right to select this award, as it is not stated anywhere that it is forbidden to play with newbies and inflate one's rating on them. And there is no clear definition of who is a newbie and who is not. And "newbie" is a relative concept (depending on who you are playing against).
