Time is money, or are you going to waste it?

I've watched Amilu's streams many times, and I can honestly say that Amilu has problems with time management when playing with absolutely any Castle. It's even hard to say what the main problem is: poor time management (which hopefully will be resolved with the new HD mod), or poor chain building, where all the time is spent not on battles and thinking about tactics, but on choosing a hero from three or four who should stand on this cell, moving them one by one to the next cell, and then thinking about the significantly changed situation, and then "oh no, I forgot the troops again, I didn't upgrade again, I didn't prepare the artifacts, again 5-4-3-2-1, oh damn, I forgot to build in the Castle."
