Regarding the Violation System.

It would be quite good if the violation system worked equally for both regular users and higher-ranking ones. In fact, it would be excellent.

If I see a serious violation, I won't make any allowances, regardless of whether the person is a moderator or not. There are situations where the problem can be solved simply by deleting posts and issuing a warning. I believe that a moderator should not allow themselves to blatantly violate the rules, because by taking on the role of moderator, they should understand who they are and what they are doing.
