If you target an inactive player, you'll end up with nothing if you fail. At least with an active player, you can trace the connections and there will be some leads.

By the way, Naira has already targeted me twice today. First, she included me in a coalition with Delirious, which I was defending, and now she's trying to gain Guru's trust (or they're working together).
I don't know if she read the whole thread, but she found my posts quickly. How did she do that?
