This tournament doesn't need any special introduction; everyone already knows everything. I'm continuing the tradition of hosting blitz tournaments, where you'll get a lot of excitement, see that the generator favors the strongest, and when a mage arrives at the tavern, you'll be overjoyed. Well, you get the idea – M-200% in all its glory.
This is precisely the unique aspect and charm of these tournaments; they have already been played six times in this format. What's with all the voting? Why change the announced rules? It's always unpleasant when you sign up for one tournament at the beginning of registration, and by the time the games start, you discover a bunch of changes and you're already signed up for completely different conditions.
