How can you talk about whether they are bandits or not when you would spend 10 minutes looking for Ingushetia on a map of Russia? Every nation has its scoundrels and good people, but in Ingushetia, the percentage of scoundrels is too high. There isn't a single Ingush hero of the Great Patriotic War, while the Ossetians have dozens.

Does the map of Ingushetia contain data on the level of banditry in relation to the nation's size? I'm sure the Ingush would say the same about the Ossetians. And that's why I have no faith in such statements regarding any nation.
