Regarding the Violation System.

Here's what happened: my submission was reviewed, but for some reason, some of the voting moderators submitted their votes in the wrong format, so they didn't receive points, as expected. And one of the moderators even has a signature that violates the portal's rules, XD. But Tox and some other user have points deducted for violating the appeal format – 10.0. Hmm.
