1st annual offline tournament "Best Of The Best"

So, essentially, the battle looked like this: (5 Death Knights, 24 Black Dragons, 1+1+1816 Gargoyles, 584 Liches, 933 Vampire Lords against 1296 Efreet, split into 5 stacks).

I have a question of a different nature. I don't understand why, with such an army, you chose to fight the Efreet for 100 Archangels. It seems to me that if you hadn't been distracted by them and had continued to complete the quests, you would have significantly reduced the completion time. In my opinion, with such an army, you could have made progress even without Archangels.
